Fitness Class Memberships - Current Fitness Members can renew their 'membership' online. New Fitness memberships must be purchased in person at Client Services (on-line unavailable for new memberships).

When you purchase a Fitness Class Membership, you can attend ANY class we offer and as MANY as you would like. We offer many classes per week for you to access. These include some early morning, noons and after work classes. Blend water running with kickbox for a truly exceptional training opportunity.
Classes include: aquafit, intense aquafit, water running, body blast, bosu chisel, cardio challenge, cardio kickbox, circuit, duo step, flex, flex/core, hardccore, step, step n sprint, total body conditioning (TBC) and Zumba. Come and experience a fitness program like you have never seen before.
All instructors are certified and waiting for you!

FITNESS CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
WATER CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
AQUAFIT
A 60 minute co-ed class. The program is geared to the development of aerobic capacity, flexibility and strength using the water to provide resistance and minimize the effects of impact. The class is conducted with music and requires no swimming skills. This is a multi level class! Come in and learn about the “magical properties of water” in the Red Pool.
INTENSE AQUAFIT
This course is designed for the skilled water workout enthusiast. High level, intensive anaerobic training will be utilized with 30-40 minutes of cardio training. We utilize both the shallow and the deep end of the Red Pool.
SPECIAL AQUA
This class is designed for individuals dealing with specific health conditions such as arthritis, fibromyalgia, osteoporosis, diabetes, chronic fatigue, multiple sclerosis and more. Participants must receive approval from Pat Richards to enroll in this course (course fee applies).
WATER RUNNING
A 30 minute workout consisting of running in the water tethered to a lane marker for added resistance. This class is interval work targeting the anaerobic system and VO2 maximum development in the Gold Pool.
WATER RUNNING is held in GOLD pool ALL OTHER WATER CLASSES in RED pool
LAND CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
BODY BLAST
Challenge your body in this interval training workout. Experience a blend of intense cardio conditioning and resistance training intervals. Be inspired to challenge yourself. A great workout sure to re-energize you!
BOSU CHISEL
Take sculpting to the next level. This class utilizes the Bosu, a cross between a balance board and a ball, in order to integrate balance, strength and cardiovascular training. It’s fun, intense and an awesome total body workout.
CARDIO CHALLENGE
Don't miss the popular aerobic adventure that started it all! You will get up, down and all around with hi and low impact aerobic choreography. It is geared to be a great workout without being over excessive on the joints.
CARDIO KICKBOX
Punch and kick your way through this empowering, results driven workout. Emphasis is placed on proper technique of punches and kicks. Come take a jab at it ... This class is HOT!!!
CIRCUIT
Try this workout utilizing a variety of exercises while circuit training.
DUO STEP
If you enjoy step, you’ll love this class! Multi platform stepping adds excitement, energy and intensity. This class is great for intermediate to advanced level steppers.
FLEX
Flex is a muscle strength and endurance workout for the whole body. In this class you will use resistance tubing, hand weights, body weight and the floor for an all around intensive total body workout that ends with a rejuvenating stretch. There is no cardio component to this class but it is an excellent compliment to any of our other cardio classes.
FLEX/CORE
Blend muscular conditioning with core training for this incredible workout.
FUN IT UP
Enjoy an intense mixture of plyometrics, dance, weight training and aerobic work outs. It’s guaranteed to keep your heart rate up as this fast-paced class works you from head to toe.
HARDCORE
A class devoted solely to toning and strengthening the core.
STEP
This aerobic workout includes intermediate level choreography on the step in order to increase cardiovascular fitness as well as muscular endurance. Come experience the benefits this class has to offer.
STEP N SPRINT
This class combines the best of both intermediate to advanced level step choreography and high intensity athletic step drills. Great for step lovers seeking a challenging workout.
TBC (TOTAL BODY CONDITIONING)
You can expect the works in this multi leveled class! Challenge your cardiovascular system with training on the floor or step, followed by resistance training for the entire body. A final stretch will end the class. The result is ... Total Body Conditioning!
ZUMBA – A new, fun way to workout
Zumba is the newest and hottest trend in the fitness field, this latin dance aerobic fitness class is based on the principle that a workout should be ‘fun and easy to do’. The routine features aerobic/fitness interval training combined with fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body with easy to follow dance steps. Zumba is a ‘feel-happy’ workout that is great for both the body and the mind.
